At Rendition Design & Manufacturing, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Manufacturing

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
